"Sawtooth" is a fictionalized character I use to express some viewpoints and ruminations about the world we live in.  The original name, "Sawtooth", is the name of a wolfpack in the Pacific Northwest (U.S.A.).  It has been near extinction for a number of years now, and may in fact have already been wiped out completely.  This nom de plume was chosen due to the similarity of situation shared by my wife and myself (a wish to be truly free, disillusionment, intentional separation from the spiritual poison of the mainstream, and a perception of scarcity of those of like kind).

Sawtooth cares not a whit about political correctness, or incorrectness.  He cares a great deal about "telling it like it is" and clarity in seeing the world as it actually was and is.  For him, this is a breath of fresh air in an environment which is permeated with half-truths, calculated disinformation, outright lies, self-interested distortions, hidden agendas, covert subversion of dissent, mendacity and hostility (often by those in positions of implicit trust).  It follows then, that many do not know what the facts really are about "whatever" and believe in illusions.  Sawtooth does not claim to have a direct line to ULTIMATE TRUTH, and can only report what he has seen and sees.  But he is a wily old wolf who has been around for over 1/2 century, has seen much, and hopefully, learned a few things along the way.  He chooses to share some of what he has learned before he and his kind are extinct, which you are free to accept, look further into, or reject.  That choice is yours and yours alone.  Not all that glimmers is gold: appearances are all too often calculated deceptions.  Control over information is the most powerful form of social control.  The question "Who benefits from this?" needs to be borne in mind when deciding whether to believe.  If something presented as fact doesn't "ring true", it probably isn't.  One thing Sawtooth HAS learned: "Common Sense" is NOT common, a fact well known to manipulators of public opinion.

I have said that my wife and I share what we see as a situation common to us both, as described above.  The story of how La Loba and Sawtooth met, fell in love, and chose each other as lifetime mates is quite a story, worthy of recounting in a separate section.  I have a start on that, called Sawtooth and La Loba.
